So much wisdom here. I just posted a piece today about vulnerability as well, as it’s been on my mind lately. Being vulnerable with others is an absolute necessity for true connection.

It also always strikes me how we’re so quick to admire vulnerability in others, but often afraid to be vulnerable ourselves. It’s something I’m working on.
