Great piece. Yes, addiction to video content is prevalent, and I daresay something that will receive much more airtime, so to speak, in the near future.

I’m sure I’m in the minority on this one, but I have never been able to watch anything violent (which much of it seems to be), especially when it involves kids. Legal dramas, included.

Unsurprisingly, and maybe I should be ashamed to admit this, but I don’t watch the news for similar reasons. It all just makes me too anxious.
